Just an update - it was from hometheaterreview.com and it's an Epson PowerLite 8350 projector. Checked it out online and all the reviews are at least 4 and a half stars out of 5! Everyone claims it's an awesome projector. Now I just have to graduate this fall and make sure I have a nice finished basement when I buy my first house lol.
